Sleepy Head!!!
March 5, 2007Yea, that's what I have now… 6:23 AM and I'm awake for over 23 hours. hehehe
And I just realized I did/said sumthing that amused me last night /earlier .. (whatever)..
But before that, you might be wondering why the heck am I up an awake for almost 24 hours? (and I'm out of foods here). Well this one result of putting things aside. I've been helping a group of com-sci students with their thesis since December last year. and I was suppose to finish it last January. and now its the 1st week of March. But guess what, I'm not the only who has done this… Another group approached me just a day or two … was it three days ago??? Anyways, the person that was supposed to help them have done much much worse. 
. I've seen the program he made and its would look complete from the appearance, but the functionality… though at some parts, he did good but my overall rating… should I just tell those kids to enroll again next year? I don't think I can, they are graduating students.
Anyways, before this blog goes somewhere else, I reluctantly agreed to help. The final defense is this Thursday, ahhh… pity those kids. So here I am half.awake and even close my eyes as I type this blog…. (well I guess my fingers have already memorized the keyboard very well– though I hit the backspace often heheh).
Now where was I? Yeah! I have to finish two programs by tomorrow… The first one I'm doing is about 95% complete, and I'm quite proud of it… but this second program, was much harder that I first thought it was. Although it was supposed to be relatively simple, but the guy who made it — made it complicated! (Don't they teach the KISS principle of programing these days? for those who's not with the KISS (not the meeting of the lips kind of KISS) its Keep It Simple STUPID!!!!.
As I do these things in my pc, I was able to catch Cheska online. I dunno if she realized one question I asked her was kinda stupid or a bit off-timing or simply she didn'tmind the question. Well it was rather a simple question. I asked her if she was still at work (thinking that sometimes she works on a graveyard shift) however it was a Sunday… err Monday (past 12 MN). Funny why was I amused when i realized I asked her that question at the time??? Zzzzzzzz,zzzzz…
Around 2 am though, I took a break from my work and watch some parts of samurai-x movie on you tube (Reflections ). *Sigh* Kenshin's dying . 
. I think I'll post my own reflection of this movie when I finish watching it)…
OK gotta stop this now, I'm actually awake for 24 hours now (7:00 AM). I'll grab some shut-eye for 2 hours and continue with my work later…

Seriously, its means extra cash for me and I love the challenge. And I get the motivation to discover something new in order to solve problems that I haven’t encountered before - additional knowledge for me:D.
And for the update, it was 32 hours straight, I took a nap around 3 PM — My personal record hehehe. walang drugs yan ha.. just my regular dose of cofee. And deep abdominal breathing excercises from time to time helps. but, I won’t do it again heheh
